生平

麥克唐納生于蘇格蘭格拉斯哥，具有英格蘭和匈牙利血統(tǒng)。成長于Dunbartonshire的一個牧羊場。就讀于格蘭諾蒙德學(xué)院（Glenalmond College）。他的哥哥 Andrew Macdonald 是位電影監(jiān)制。加拿大喜劇人物 Norm Macdonald 是凱文的叔叔。
