《格雷氏解剖學(xué)》的最新一版為第40版（Churchill Livingstone版），在2008年9月分別在英美發(fā)行，新版本包括線上版本。該版本作者是Susan Standring，英國(guó)國(guó)王學(xué)院（King"s College)解剖學(xué)與人體科學(xué)系系主任，出版商是Elsevier。

另一種版本《學(xué)生版格雷氏解剖學(xué)》（Gray"s Anatomy for Students）發(fā)行于2004年10月。不過(guò)這是內(nèi)容較為簡(jiǎn)略的全新著作，不是原作的新版。作者為Richard L. Drake, A. Wayne Vogl, Adam W. M. Mitchell, and Abdulrahaman Dia。而其他早期版本依然在印行販?zhǔn)郛?dāng)中。在網(wǎng)絡(luò)上可以找到許多1901年版的重印本，不過(guò)這些版本中并沒(méi)有新的解剖學(xué)知識(shí)。
